This hotel is situated in a prime location at the seafront in the popular village of Agia Galini. It is a well established business used by many visitors to the village and is available to buy or to rent (details available on request).
Comprising two buildings linked by an attractive private stone paved courtyard garden there are 25 rooms offering double and single accommodation. Each room has a private tiled shower room with toilet and washbasin, and a built in wardrobe for storage. Some of the guest rooms have double doors which open towards the sea front, the garden or towards the village roadside, with some of the rooms having the additional bonus of a small sea facing balcony. There is a two bedroom apartment with shower room and small kitchen which can be used as private accommodation.
Entrance to the hotel is from the roadside where there is private parking available, adequate outside lighting and easy paved access to the main entrance and reception area.
A large dining room with tables and chairs is near to the main reception as is a comfortable seating area and bookshelves. A small room used for a shop is on this floor.
Stairs lead up to the second floor.
The courtyard garden is most attractive and easy to maintain with many mediterranean plants and citrus trees. A private pathway leads from the front to the rear of the property onto the quiet road leading down to the beach at Agia Galini, where there are shops and beach tavernas.
The property has a large storage basement which stretches the length of the building providing a useful space. Toilets are also on this floor.
