Crete 4me Selling property in Crete since 1993

We owned a property in the village of Saktouria for more than ten years that we bought with the help of crete4me. They were very supportive of us in the process of buying and in helping to arrange for the maintenance as we spent only 2-3 months a year in the house. When we decided to sell the property a few years ago we asked them to handle it and it all went very smoothly with no hassles or complications. crete4me kept us informed at all stages of the process.

In 2011, I marketed and sold my Apartment in Agia Galini through crete4me Real Estate based in Agia Galini. I was living in England during the sale and was so relieved to have them taking care of business on my behalf in Crete. They kept in regular contact throughout the process and gave helpful advice to ensure that everything ran smoothly and allay any concerns that I might have had. On the morning of the sale, they very kindly attended the property, at short notice to deal with the removals company representatives to ensure that my furniture was shipped safely on its way to England. I cannot commend them highly enough for their professionalism, helpfulness, efficient and first class personal service which was so important to me with not being able to be there. Kassandra is a charming, young woman with excellent English but she is also seriously good at her job. I had owned two plots of land since 2006 but the reasons for owning them evaporated years ago. I thought there was little chance of selling them - and even less of making a profit - in Crete’s moribund property market. When Kassie took over at Crete4me she inherited the plots, which had already been for sale for several years! Undeterred, she found buyers for both in the next year (despite the concrete frame erected in front of one of them soon after I bought) and they each sold at a modest profit boosted by the weakness of the pound vs the euro over the last sixteen years to make a quite acceptable return on investment.
